Food trucks are coming to the Nepean River

Real Festival is dishing up all sorts of delicious for you.

We know the way to your heart is through food and this year Real Festival has pulled out all the stops to curate a festival menu that’s jam-packed full of exciting flavours and favourites. The best of Sydney’s food truck scene will be there across Friday and Saturday, including the most popular trucks from previous years. We know you love desserts, so we’ve spent some time sourcing the most decadent and delicious options because at our event, calories definitely do not count.

Dairy ExtraordinaryWho’s new this year

Real Festival is keeping things super fresh with new food trucks to make your tastebuds sing. Spice things up with Asian-style stir fries at Wok It Out. There’ll be German sausage served out of a Combi Van when Volkswurst gets cooking, and American style ribs and slow-cooked meats from crowd favourites Burnt Ends BBQ while Kocagoz is dishing up a mouthful of gozleme and Turkish delish! You’ll feel like you’re in Naples when Lucio Pizzeria start cooking their authentic Italian pizza and for something unique, try the Deep Fried Lasagne (yes, you read right) from Inbocca Foods. But for something really out of the ordinary we’re introducing you to Dairy Extraordinary - Sydney's very own Raclette food truck. Their speciality is Raclette Cheese which is melted and scraped over fries, burgers and chicken schnitzels. You’re welcome.

Hoy Pinoy27 Food Trucks

A word of advice; come hungry because the best of Sydney’s food trucks are coming to Real Festival including all your festival favourites. We’re doing you all a favour and dishing up some international flavour with Urban Pasta, Raza Central, Let’s Do Yum Cha, Lambda Sydney and Agape Organic Food Truck who’ve come on board to take your tastebuds on a trip around the world. Comfort food in the form of burgers, chips and BBQ meats is well covered with Rangers Texas BBQ Catering, Potato Corner Food Truck and Burger Head back again this year to satisfy your cravings and keep you all warm on the inside.

Plenty of desserts

Make sure you leave room for dessert because you’re going to want the sweet stuff. Fluffy Crunch is all about fairy floss with a difference. There’s Torch Me Crème Brule who have put their street style spin on this fancy French dessert and everyone’s favourite Stroopbros waffles - what they do to their waffles is truly amazing. If it’s ice-cream you want, then Cold Rock Ice Cream is scooping up all your favourites plus mix ins and Gelato Messina return because they love us and we love them. And for donuts which are free of gluten but not free of flavour, get your hands on some G Free Donuts.

BarQuench your thirst

Get your caffeine hit from the very cute Vanili Caravan Bar serving up coffee in a cone, as well as hot chocolates and baby chinos for little ones. Iced tea lovers will be happy that Teabags T-Shop is on board this year to provide a refreshing drink that’s naturally flavoured with juicy fruits. Yum Thai Juice Bar will be bringing the fresh tastes of Thailand to the festival and kids (and adults) will love choosing the colours of their Hawaiian shaved ice from Tropical Sno. Then of course there's Real Festival's magical riverside bar serving beer, wine and cider with a side of amazing views.
