Multi-award winning poet, Philip Wilcox, is the current Australian Poetry Slam Champion and a two time NSW Poetry Slam Champion. He has featured in major events like Sydney Writers’ Festival, Wollongong Writers’ Festival and Newtown Festival, where he performed for a crowd of over 8,000.

Sukhjit Khalsa is a Melbourne based spoken word artist, workshop facilitator, actor, producer, MC & human rights reformer. Born and brought up in Perth, Sukhjit’s is a first generation Sikh storyteller whose poetry tackles core social issues like gender inequality, identity crisis and feminism. She recently won the hearts of people across Australia with the raw honesty of her performance on Australia’s Got Talent.

Steven Oliver is a descendant of the Kuku-Yalanji, Waanyi, Gangalidda, Woppaburra, Bundjalung and Biripi peoples. He was born in Cloncurry in North West Queensland and grew up in Townsville before moving to Perth to study performing arts. He has worked with numerous theatre companies and arts organisations across Australia but became notorious with ABC’s hit sketch show Black Comedy as a writer/actor/associate producer.
