Ceramic Nesting Plates Workshop

In this class, Sharron from SMountain Ceramics will guide you through the process of hand building pottery techniques and the process to build several slab and pinch plates that snugly nest together. These are seriously stunning statement pieces.

Sharron will do a step by step demo on hand building pottery skills. She will guide you through the over all process and background tips and trick of pottery to build three gorgeous plates, delicately textured on the surface and finished with an over glaze so they are ready for entertaining and of course the dishwasher.

The pieces will be left with me to be fired and a final glaze will be applied before final use. They will be ready in 3-4 weeks after the class and you can collect them from The Creative Fringe as soon as they are ready to grace your tables!

This class is BYO friendly and upon arrival you will be greeted with complimentary glass of bubbles or lovely tea or coffee to kick off  your creative evening. Feel free to bring some nibbles to graze on whilst you create!
