Chilli Jam's Head Chef Srisuda Khamchan began her career In her mother's kitchen, learning the unique tastes of Thai cuisine. Her love of food led her to some of the most exclusive kitchens in Thailand including the iconic Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok.
Success sent her to Sydney where she trained in western cuisine as well as teaching the art of Thai cuisine to fellow chefs.
Her extensive culinary skills have influenced many young chefs who have trained in her kitchen.
