Writing Laugh-Out-Loud Stories With Kylie Fornasier

“Ha ha ha, that’s hilarious!” We love to laugh out loud and share a funny story. Giggle your way through a comedy writing workshop with children’s writer, Kylie Fornasier. Kylie will help you capture your funniest ideas, develop comedic characters and write stories to keep you and your readers in fits of laughter.

Planetarium & Planets Workshop With Weste

With Western Sydney University Planetarium Shoot through space and see the stars and planets up close without ever taking your feet off the ground. Children will enjoy a 20-minute visual presentation in an inflatable planetarium onsite at Penrith Library followed by an interactive workshop about the stars and planets.

Book Launch - Camp Max By Penny Reeve

Tania’s all set to go on camp! She’s planned which cabin she’ll be in, what snacks to take, she’s even arranged for her best friend, Emily, to come too. There’s one small problem though: Emily’s parent’s gave away the money that would have bought her ticket. Luckily the town talent show offers Camp Tickets as a prize - all they have to do is win one for Emily. Join us for the exciting book launch of Camp Max, with children’s book author Penny Reeve. Books are available for purchase and Penny will be signing copies after the event.
