As You Like It

You don’t want to miss this one! Year after year the Acting Factory has produced quality productions of Shakespeare plays next to the Nepean River in Regatta Park.

This year, they return to present  14th annual Shakespeare by the River- As You Like It.

The Acting Factory is bringing this timeless play into the modern day. Known as Shakespeare’s “sunniest” play, this piece dares to ask “What makes family?” Are we bound by blood or do we chose our own family through our actions and decisions? Through comedy, philosophy and an oddly-framed love triangle, this playful comedy is sure to make you think.

Make sure you come to see it at Regatta Park at 7pm on April 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th and 21st, with a 3pm matinee on April 22nd.

Bring food, drinks and a blanket and enjoy the picturesque setting with a special Shakespeare performance. 

Attendance by donation. Suggested donation $20 per person.
