NSW State Band Championships

Please join the Band Association of NSW,  at the home of the prestigious NSW State Band Championships, the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre (‘The Joan’), in Penrith on the weekend of the 24 and 25 August, 2019.

For 2019, we have 60 community and school bands competing, which equates to approximately 3000 musicians that will perform over the weekend! We have two very experienced adjudicators joining us this year, Phillipa Edwards and Dale Pointon, along with Tim Kelly from Brassbanned once again providing us with the Live-stream.

Tickets are available for single days or all weekend and are available in person and online from the Joan Box Office.
