Penrith Relay for Life

Relay is a fun and moving experience that raises vital funds for the Cancer Council’s research, prevention and support services

Relay For Life is a community fundraising challenge for Cancer Council.

Teams of friends, families and colleagues raise money in the lead up to this years 12 hour event, team members take turns walking around a track to signify that cancer never rests, so neither do we.

Organised by passionate, local volunteers, each Relay event is an experience that will stay with you forever. The event hosts activities designed to celebrate Survivors and recognise their Carers. Those we’ve lost are honored during the candlelight ceremony, and Relay for Life continues to raise funds to support people affected by cancer, fund research and improve cancer prevention.

Relay is a fun and moving experience that raises vital funds for the Cancer Council’s research, prevention and support services. It’s a chance for the community to recognise and celebrate local cancer survivors, those going through a cancer experience and their carers, to honour and remember loved ones lost and to raise money to help save more lives.

Join the thousands of Australians who take part in Cancer Council’s Relay For Life each year and make strides towards a cancer free future!
