Two best mates have established Penrith’s first nano-brewery
Locals Matt and Mark opened the doors of their own brewery "Rusty Penny" in December 2018. It was a dream they had nurtured since 2007. The boys had been brewing for 13 years and ran a local home brew supplies shop named "All Things Homebrew". It was very popular and Rusty Penny is now a well known brand in craft beers.
In 2022 the boys moved Rusty Penny to a larger premises which boasts a tasting room, function bar, pool table, some live music, eats - check their Facebook for updates.
