Model Park
Model Park is home to the oldest model engineering club in Australia - The Sydney Society of Model Engineers Inc (SSME). SSME promotes all forms of model engineering and the park holds regular open days for everyone to enjoy.
The "Model Park" opens to the public on the last Sunday of every month, except December, so you can head out with family and friends and see all the models in action. See event listings here.
The kids, young or old, can ride on the passenger steam railway as well as try out the slot cars circuit. Other attractions include: garden railway, control line aircraft, quarter scale cars on a purpose built dirt speedway track, off road racing cars, model scale boats and range of historical models on display.
Members of the SSME take part in the open days and you can have a chat with them and ask as many questions as you like about the different models on display and find out about becoming part of the "Model Park" family.
Model Park is open to the public on the last Sunday of every month (except December) from 9am-5pm (weather permitting). Entry fee is $20 per car.
Model Park is located on a scenic rural property in Luddenham and is close to Luddenham Raceway and The Honey Shed.
