It may be chilly and breezy but planning July school holiday activities can be easy!

Winter Family Heritage Day 

It’s back by popular demand! Museum of Fire hosts Winter Family Heritage Day, a FREE outdoor family event with FREE face painting, fire engine rides and a chance to see historic firefighting exhibits by the Historic Fire Engine Association (HFEA).

Penrith Regional Gallery 

The gallery will host a range of workshops including Polymer clay for ages 12 to 16 – giving teens an intro to create beautiful and fun clay pieces or make Family Garlands for Ages 5-8, a special story-telling activity sure to get laughs! For the paint lovers, don’t miss out on the Woven paintings for ages 9 to12! Bookings are essential!

Family Fun Games Day 

Drop into St Marys Library for a free open board games battle! Come with your crew or join forces on Tuesday 4 July to play quick simple games and try out your skills with long strategy games.

Reptile Show WebThumbWalkabout Reptiles Show 

Meet some scaly members of the reptile family in this 1-hour family friendly show sure to get the kids talking! It’s on at Penrith City Library on 12 July – spaces are limited, book now!

Historical Society Museum Open Day

Step back in time with the Nepean District Historicial Society as they transport you early colonial time, with entertaining re-enactments and activities for the young and old! Be sure to pencil in this special annual celebration!

PCYC NSW - Penrith runs a variety of safe, fun, creative and inclusive school holiday activities for primary and high school aged youth. The structured program mixes sport and creative based activities to ensure something for everyone!
