The Sydney International Regatta Centre (SIRC) is an Olympic rowing venue with 5km of cycling and walking paths, picnic grounds, lakeside BBQ facilities and function rooms.

The venue opens to the public for recreational use on non-event days. See current venue availability here

Pack a picnic or bike and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Centre, or enjoy a meal at the Lakeside Restaurant which boasts perfect views of the competition lake.

Set on 178 hectares of native and landscaped parkland, it is one of the best rowing and sprint kayak courses in the world. The Centre won international acclaim while hosting 825 athletes from 56 countries during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

The Centre has now been re-invented to become a popular sporting, corporate and social venue, staging over 400 events each year.

The Jetpack Adventures also run out of the Penrith Lakes area on the Jetpack Lake. Penrith Lakes Parkrun is a popular event held each Saturday morning*.

Community Fishing* usually held on Tuesdays is currently suspended.
